Windows Software

Additional Information

* Dell computers purchased by departments will be imaged with Windows 7 Enterprise 64-Bit and Office 2013 Enterprise 32-Bit (except for Windows 8-only systems) under Microsoft's Enrollment for Education Solutions (EES) Program (www.uvm.edu/it/software/licensing/ees/). If you need Windows 32-Bit, please specify such in the comments section of your requisition in PeopleSoft.

Microsoft Office pricing is available on our Software Price List, including student-discounted Office 2013 Pro Plus, and Home Use Program info for Office 2013 Pro Plus available to staff and faculty.

All Dell models above carry a three year limited parts and labor warranty unless otherwise noted. Please refer to the warranty statement that comes with each piece of equipment for specific coverage information.

All Dell laptops also carry Dell's CompleteCare™ Damage Protection unless otherwise noted. CompleteCare is a supplement to Dell's standard 36 month limited warranty, designed to provide protection for your laptop against accidental damage caused by: drops, falls, collisions, power surges, and liquid spills. Excludes damage caused by intentional acts, fire, theft, loss, or normal wear (that does not affect system performance).

Departmental Information

All system orders must be placed via a requisition through PeopleSoft. Please see our Departmental Ordering "landing" page for more info and the link to PeopleSoft ordering. Peripheral- and software-only orders may be placed with your chart string via email or in person.

Miscellaneous

Network cable not included with systems; please add it to your order if necessary.

For individual purchases we accept Visa®, MasterCard®, Discover®, CAT$cratch, checks, and cash. A 10% non-refundable deposit is required to place an order (not applicable to departmental orders).

Prices and configurations subject to change without notice. Prices do not include sales tax or shipping fees. Offerings only available to qualified affiliates of the University of Vermont.
